Baked Spaghetti Recipe

Here's a new recipe that we tried out last night - it's easy and good and makes a lot to last a couple of days so you don't have to cook again !

Ingredients:
1 pkge of spaghetti noodles (16 ounces)
chop some onion
1 jar (26 ounces) meatless spaghetti sauce
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 eggs
1/3 cup of Parmeasan cheese, grated
5 tablespoons of better
2 cups (16 ounces) of cottage cheese
4 cups (16 ounces) of shredded mozzarella cheese

Oven temp: 350 degrees

Cook the noodles and drain.

In another pan brown hamburger with your chopped onions, drain, and stir in the spaghetti sauce and seasoned salt - set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, parmesean cheese and butter. Add spaghetti noodles and toss to coat the noodles.

Grease a 9x13 pan and pour half the noodles into it followed by half the cottage cheese, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese and then repeat starting with the noodles again.

Cover and bake for 40 min. Uncover and bake another 20 - 25 min.
