Back to at the hotel we told the kids that we would take them swimming. I was trying to wear them out so they would go to sleep at the hotel. The entire day was super windy out, but really hot and we all wore jeans for the day. The pool was outdoors and low and behold as soon as we get dressed and get out there the sun gets clouded over. The pool was supposed to be heated, but without the sun I didn't want to get in and neither did Dan, it was so cold. We let Katelynn swim around in the shallow end and we got in up to our knees and kind of dipped Junior in and out of the pool, it was just freezing. After swimming we changed the kids into their pajamas and Dan said he wanted to take his wife out for a drink. I can't complain about that, especially since he asked me. Grandma watched the kids and we headed to check out the well drinks. We had a couple and talked to the bartender for a bit. He had a ton of knowledge of the town and the hotel and celebrities. We headed back to the rooms and then Dan said he would stay with the kids and me and my mother-in-law went to have a drink. We had a great time talking and had a shot and drink before we went back to the room. Time to get some sleep because you never know how early those little buggers will wake up the next morning!
