Mac 'n Cheese Soup

Okay, for those of you with kids that love Mac 'n Cheese here is a recipe from Pampered Chef that we've tried out and like. At least it's a little variety from the ordinary mac and cheese!

1 package (14 ounces) deluxe-type macaroni & cheese dinner
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup water
2 1/2 cups milk
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 cup cubed cooked ham (you can also substitute hot dogs and cut them up instead if you don't have ham)

1. Cook macaroni noodles according to the package directions, drain in colander and set aside.
2. Chop broccoli and onion
3. Combine broccoli, onion and water in casserole, bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes, do not drain.
4. Stir in cooked macaroni, cheese sauce from pouch, milk, cheese soup and ham. Return to a bowl, stirring occasionally.

All done! It's easy, pretty quick and my kiddo loved it! Enjoy
