I Completely Agree with This !

I don't know if you can read this, but it basically states that anyone receiving state assistance of any kind should have to pass a urine drug test before they can receive their services. I think they should have to pass one every month before they get their checks. The guy in the article is stating that he has to pass a urine test to have his job, to get his paycheck, and to pay his taxes so the government can hand it out to whom they choose.

I completely agree with this guy - why hasn't this law been passed yet?
